Very nice stay at the Adero. After finding the rooms in the main tower too noisy the front desk clerk offered to move me to the two story buildings. He said they were a bit dated but also offered fireplaces. We found the older rooms quiet and comfortable. Appreciated the four Tesla destination chargers in the self parking area. Fortunately the spots werenât taken by gas cars. Received a fruit bowl as a Titanium Bonvoy guest. The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent and satisfying. The pool seemed to be heated and the hot tub temperature was just right. Received a 4 PM late checkout but had to return to the front desk numerous times when the keys stopped working. Only drawback is no self service ice machines. But they will deliver a bag of ice upon request.

My stay at ADERO Scottsdale, Autograph Collection, was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, perched above the desert with panoramic views of the mountains and city. Itâs the perfect mix of serenity and luxury, offering a peaceful escape just minutes from the heart of Scottsdale. From the moment I called the hotel, the service stood out. Pachi was incredibly kind and accommodating. He upgraded my room and made check-in feel genuinely welcoming. His warmth and professionalism set the tone for the entire stay. The room itself was modern, clean, and beautifully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows that let the desert light pour in. I especially loved stepping out onto the balcony each morning to watch the sun rise over the mountains. It was quiet, relaxing, and the perfect place to reset. The amenities were excellent. The pool area is beautifully maintained, the fitness center is one of the best Iâve seen at a hotel, and the restaurant serves fresh, thoughtfully prepared food with incredible views. Everything felt intentional and elevated. The only area that could use some improvement is the restaurant staff. The way they interact with hotel guests versus those just visiting for the day could be more consistent and welcoming. It felt a bit disjointed at times, and I think a more cohesive approach would make the overall experience even better. That said, I still highly recommend ADERO to anyone visiting Scottsdale. Itâs a peaceful, design-forward retreat with outstanding service, and Iâll absolutely be back.

For the price the room was very standard. You are paying for the view. There is a tennis court onsite and a hiking trail that switchbacks into the ravine the hotel sites over. There is a bar/restaurant onsite. There is a parking fee whether you self-park or use the valet. Room was quiet and did have a balcony. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Not a quality hotel. Rooms are old, dated and not taken care of. Carpet is ripping and dirty. There is no dresser or cabinet for your clothes, canât unpack your suitcase. Copies for cappuccino is $10 and restaurant is over for what youâre getting We wonât be back

Booked this for a family trip with a toddler. We specifically booked a larger suite under the impression there was a separate room from the common area so our toddler who is a very light sleeper wouldn't be woken up. My wife called the hotel in advance to confirm that it was actually a separate room with a door and not just a separate area, as well as order a crib. We wanted to make sure the crib would be there when we got there because we would be arriving at his nap time after a very early and long day. We were very surprised when we arrived and the sleeping area was very open and there was no crib. A tantrum ensued and we spent the whole week struggling to keep him asleep at night as every little noise or light would be noticed. We get that mistakes are made and maybe it was an inexperienced person answering the phone that day, but what really disappointed us was the response from the hotel when we mentioned the issue. There was zero empathy or understanding and they made no effort to rectify the situation. Given that this is supposed to be a higher end resort and we have been loyal Marriott members for a long time this was especially disappointing. To be clear, the resort itself was nice and all other interactions with staff were great but this happened to ruin the experience for us.
