There were roaches in the room, a remote but no TV. Gaps in doors, no coffee maker, old appliances, not clean. Could hear dog barking and people talking at all hours. Furniture was old, broken and damaged. If we weren't so tired, would've found another hotel. Had booked online well in advance (and paid for it) but arrived late in evening so this was the "last" room. Just going to guess that all the rooms were like this.

DON'T STAY HERE. Room 256, filthy. Truly disgusting and unacceptable. I'm so enraged that I spent $175.00. Hopefully extended stay would like to consider a refund after seeing these photos. Whoever runs this place ought to be ashamed of themselves. The only reason I stayed the night was because I was having surgery the next morning nearby. Otherwise i would have left.

Do not waste your money! Extended stay America should be ashamed to have their name on this property. There are homeless inside and out, they just hangout and ask for money. Drug addicts, probably dealers, just very sketchy people everywhere. I was afraid to walk to my car or even to the desk. No one answers the phone if you need something, I called at least 10 times. The floors were dirty, so was the bathtub. Roaches on the walls, just disgusting. The one at Biltmore which is just a couple miles away was much better.

I strongly advise against being deceived by the hotel's exterior appearance. Despite the seemingly attractive facade, the rooms are neglected, filthy, and reek of unpleasant odors. The worst part is the abundance of bugs crawling everywhere. After witnessing the appalling state of the room, I decided to cancel my stay immediately. During the cancellation, I was promised a refund which was supposed to be processed the next day. However, despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel over several weeks, I have yet to receive my money back. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
