I loved the place!!! The beds were very comfortable and I feel in love with the shower, I want one exactly like it.... And the check in process was so easy. And greeted with such kind gentleman at front desk. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip. So close up everything too. I truly enjoyed my stay

This is a budget hotel where you get a lot for your money. The location is very central to downtown. The hotel room is equipped with microwave and a large fridge. I believe the hotel also has laundry machines. This is not common for a hotel at this price range but is very useful during a stay. The large flatscreen TV has premium cable channels. The customer service was excellent, seems to go out of the way to make their customer's happy.

The rooms were really spacious and clean, as well as quiet for a Friday night. The location is convenient and the staff were all really really friendly! The hotel also offers free parking though there are a lot of shops to walk to nearby. Would highly recommend

All televisions are on Fox news. Bad vibe in the place. Filled with hatred of all not clearly standing on the right. I don't feel making your political stance obvious to clientele is good business practice. Not to mention spreading what has been documented as misinformation

Check in was tedious and slow. Selected for parking on a long trip to save money. Lot was gravel with weeds (goats heads). Room was adequate and clean. Given false information about getting a ride from the airport to pick up car (told to call hotel - which never answered). Had to call customer assistance (corporate) to find out which shuttle to take. Shuttle driver indicated that this was a common problem with the hotel.
