At first glance it seemed a nice place to stay. All looked good (on line).......Our first night just sucked. We could hear everything said in the next unit. I literally thought they were in our bathroom. Not that the people were overly loud, but the walls are so thin. The next night we came back to our room and the place stunk !!! Not kidding, the smell was awful. Someone (next door ?) cooked something that reeked. It was so bad we cut our stay short & left. I say, do some research & find another place.

Awesome team. Esteban, Serena, and the team made us feel at home and went above and beyond to accommodate our whole family. Serena decorated my mothers room for her 80th birthday behind her back. She did an amazing job. The room looked spectacular. The hot tub and grounds were immaculate. We will be back.

First off, all rooms are connected to another room, and if you get noisy neighbours, you don’t get a decent sleep. Neighbours beside my room were up at 6:30 and noisy. No respect for the adjoining room at all. I swear the man was deaf as he was very loud. I came for a relaxing vacation, which I did not get. Also not enough parking. I (a female) with my daughter had to walk quite a distance in the evening to get to our room. We didn’t feel safe, at all. Overall the room was ok, not super clean. Another problem is that the tubs are 1980’s jacuzzi tubs and the shower was an afterthought. For short people, or people with mobility issues it causes problems trying to get in and out of the tub. I would suggest choosing another hotel/motel to stay in.

This resort is in need of updating in the rooms. We were in building 12, and you can easily hear the traffic noise especially at commute time. The living room furniture needed to be replaced years ago. the bed is comfortable. The shower/tub combo is fine, except that there are no grab bars. This could be a problem for someone who feels more comfortable using a grab bar to get into and out of the tub. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are friendly. We were in a one bedroom , an "A"unit. The lock off "B" unit is, presumably, what would make this a 2 bedroom. The walls are so thin that you can hear people using the microwave. Our neighbor had a dog that liked to bark. We would probably not return to this resort.

Currently at this "resort" moved away from pool to hit my vape, didn't see the 4" x 4" cards saying no vaping anywhere but one small area in the back. Was immediately fake intimidated by a wanna be fake security guard with a chip on his shoulder. this is supposed to be a four star resort? You don't nicely ask a guest to go to your only smoking section? Rooms suck, shower was backed up, they dropped off a plunger for us to fix it. "Stuff" from the plunger got into the shower basin and we had to have it cleaned. This place is gross. If you're paying over sixty a night for this crack house hotel you're nuts. Btw, I've stayed here twice now and am a Westgate owner for 40+ years. This is the worst Westgate I've ever been to.
