Motel 6 Flagstaff East Lucky Lane

Hello , staying at twenty five twenty east lucky lane, Flagstaff. . Where they ask if you have any special request or needs. On the form that you fill out before you check in , I said i'm here for cancer treatment can you try to Put me in a quieter area Also grieving the loss of my son and mother OK, no problem.It's the second week and every other night they put me in the middle of two people with eighty percent of the hotel empty very The vibration from people in rooms far away a very well Felt at night It starts at about eleven thirty p m and stops about five a m Unbelievable vibration slamming light loud, Why did they say they would help me I called and asked what happened. This week day denied Told me we don't run a hotel like that Made me feel real bad like I was bothering them beneath them They will. Watch them not rebook me because I made a noise Complaint. Check back January twenty seventh and see what they're doing with me. Calling all angels..

This place is awesome..people are exceptional..it is clean..quiet..helpful..all the good stuff..I will be living here until i find permanent housing...perfect little studio type apt..dont listen to the haters...

For what it was at least it was clean . Would like to say this hotel is in need of some maintenance of cleaning, panting the outside etc. Pretty much in sad shape . Also the mattresses were really worn out . would not stay here again.

People that work here said they couldn’t find my payment for my room after I paid for it online and asked me to pay for it again and charge my card twice. Kept on bugging me for hours after I checked in. Rooms are gross. They don’t clean the floors at all. So bring flip flops. They also don’t clean any of the rooms. They just emptied out the trashes and gave us new towels. There were plenty of flies in the room too. Not worth the price they offered me and I’d pay the extra few bucks to stay literally anywhere else. Sorry not sorry.
