Terrible customer service. We had reserved one night for Friday, April 18 but were stuck in Phoenix and unable to fly into Flagstaff due to a snow storm. I called the hotel and they refused to cancel the reservation. I had made this through Hotels.com so they then tried to get me a refund. The hotel still refused as it wasn't canceled 24 hours prior, which would have been impossible as the canceled flight from Phoenix was not determined late afternoon on Friday in Phoenix. I would not recommend giving your business to them based on their complete lack of understanding.

I was double-billed for my reserved room! Read the fine print. I reserved a two-day stay. A bomb-cyclone blizzard overtook me as I drove across Oklahoma and Texas. I pulled off the road after midnight on my check-in date when the highways closed with treacherous conditions. I made it to Flagstaff the following day. The desk clerk informed me my reservation was cancelled as a "no show" and insisted I pay for a new reservation. She assured me the manager would refund my double payment in the morning because of the severe weather. I paid. Next morning, the manager informed me the clerk's assurance was false. The owner's policy allowed them to keep my original payment, cancel my reservation as a no show, and keep my second payment! There was no such statement in my documentation. The room was old, cold, shabby, and dirty. The bed was hard, the linens were scratchy, and the staff were rude. You'd be better-off staying at one of the national low-cost motels than at this dive.

Very clean, pets allowed. Quiet. Could not hear pets barking next door. What I love about this place, it was centrally located. 2 mins away from downtown Flagstaff & Northern Arizona University. Loved the big, clean bathrooms. Loved the king sized beds.

The saying you get what you pay for surely doesnât apply here . This place was a dirty and run down like a $40 motel only we paid $780 for two nights . What a let down ! We entered the old run down âpresidential suite â and i was afraid of walking on that carpet . For the amount of money we paid they should be ashamed of themselves really . We had no towels in the room and had to go get them. The so called stocked kitchen had no hand towels to dry the dishes or utensils to use or any pans . Useless kitchen really . The garbage disposal was broken so nothing would drain . Once in the bedrooms the TVâs didnât work , the outlets in the bathrooms didnât work . We also had to call for bedding for the 5th person to sleep on for the pull out couch . Nothing worked and nothing was stocked . If youâre going to charge almost $400 a night you should at least have the rooms stocked and everything working in it . Total let down . I advice to look elsewhere for you stay in Flagstaff . Many great hotels , motels for way less money .

My wife and I along with our four kids stayed for 2 nights. Our room was a little dated, but the room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Our room had a small kitchen and even a spa in it. We are on a trip around the USA and we all agree that this hotel had the best shower out of any other hotel we have stayed in on this trip. There is a supermarket just 2 minutes walk down the street. We went there to buy breakfast and dinner. We loved our stay and definitely recommend the hotel to others. My only negative point is, rooms arenât serviced each day. Out of the dozen hotels we have stayed at around the USA, this is the only hotel that does doesnât provide this daily service. When I enquired at the front desk, they said âwe havenât offered this since Covidâ. Sorry, but Covid hit 4 years ago. Life has gone back to normal for the rest of the world, I think the hotel needs to go back to daily housekeeping of each room.
