Another Patel Hell. Restrooms in Lobby out of service. After checking in they said TVs don't work. Sink didn't drain. Microwave didn't work. Refrigerator not cold. No room service and breakfast just poor. The Patels have turned American motels into dumps. BTW, the ice machine was also broken. Its like every motel you stay in by these people are disasters. They have no customer service skills. They could care less about accommodations, they just want your money. Someone needs to open a motel chain more affordable with the old time American culture standards that used to be in every motel. I would like to thank the Patels for one thing..."a third -world experience"

HORRIBLE. Don’t stay here. Dirty, mold, bugs. The door, tv, phone, and most of the outlets didn’t work in the room. The pool was filthy and was closed because they said the heater was broken. We complained at the front desk but they didn’t care. My husband and I didn’t have any choice but to stay because everything else was sold out. Would have slept in the car, but it was too cold. We should have stayed in the car. We both woke up sick. Calling the health board on this place

Room smelled of cigarette smoke, there were ashes on the floor between the nightstand and bed along with a lifesaver. The bedspread had a cigarette burn. The pillows were stained yellow. The wall next to the sink had what appeared to be buggers smeared on it. The bathroom looked to had the floor swept and the dirt was left behind the trash can. The tub was stained and dirty. There was blood and what looked like snot on the wall next to the shower. The ice bucket was covered dirt and grime. The wall in the bathroom had had handprint stains on it and grime on the door jamb. Someone had left Klondike ice cream bars in the freezer so long ago that frost had completely covered them. When I complained with the front desk the response was “oh man”. No refund was given, I was told once you check in they don’t refund your money.

The non smoking room that I paid extra for was either a smoking room or someone had decided to make it a smoking room. The a/c was turned off-the temperature outside was 100+. The temperature knob on the unit is broken. The unit would run for a minute and cut off for 10-as I write this I am sweating-just like I was all night long. There is one towel, no wash cloths and our reservation is for 3 people. I have not seen a smiling face amongst the staff yet. Do not recommend. Keep driving. Do not stop here.
