If you are looking for a clean and spacious room with comfortable beds with a bar right upstairs, this is your place. This hotel is nice! The area is awesome near the river walk area and downtown restaurants. Even the staff is amazing! They clearly take guest service and aattention to detail to heart. I will 100% be back to stay. Super convenient and awesome! 10/10 best night sleep I have had in a hotel ever.

Don't bother. We booked and paid for bed and breakfast but on check out they charged for breakfast again. Will not refund the money and are ignoring my emails and messages. Wouldn't mind but breakfast was not even worth it. The room was ok but not very clean and the air conditioning vent kept chucking out dirt everywhere. Will stay elsewhere next time ☹️☹️

Cleaning needs to really step it up here. Been staying here since it opened and it’s gone hill quickly. Stains on the floor and mold in the shower. It’s a shame because it’s a new property with modern design and nice food/bev options. They just gotta stay on top of the basics. See the pictures.

Filthy rooms. We checked in and our room floor was so dirty it grossed us out. Changed rooms and same thing. There is wood tile in the rooms and I’m sure it hadn’t been mopped in a while. We left after 2 tries and went to another hotel and it was the best move ever. The hallways were also dirty. Need new housekeeping staff!
