Ck in was so easy. Receptionists were very nice and welcoming. We had a 1st floor room, 135, with an unexpected walkin shower.🙂 The mattress was very comfortable and the sheets soft. Quiet too. There are several restaurants near by, some in walking distance, as well as Publix grocery. It was easy to fill up our car with gas right next door before continuing our trip. Absolutely NO complaints.

The mattress was fabulous. They need to replace the old surrounds in the showers, fix broken hair dryer & wipe down the inside of the elevator. Need to charge 25.00 for pet not 30.00 to compete with nearby hotels. Breakfast was good. Waffles, sausage gravy and biscuits delish but food was gone by 830am

Walking into my room, I was greeted by a live, baby roach. Ewww. Wanted to take a nice hot shower on a cold morning, and was greeted with...NO HOT WATER in the shower. There WAS hot water in the sink, which means it wasn't a plumbing problem, but rather they had shut off the hot water line in the room. Other guests said they didn't have hot water (only in the shower), either. It's against the law to do that. If you have no hot water, this is the contact for complaints.
