Highly recommend, very quiet, very clean, renovated, attentive staff, fresh breakfast, and Donna, a manager who takes the time to chat with guests during in the morning. Hilton, she is your leadership model. This was our 10th Hilton property on a cross-country vacation, and the best yet!

This is a VERY nice, clean hotel in a beautiful, safe location, close to many shops and restaurants. We were traveling with our two dogs, and it was very pet friendly, with a large, beautiful area for walking the dogs. We got a "King one-bedroom suite," and it was huge, with plenty of room for the dog crates and all the stuff we traveled with. It's a bit off the highway, but it's well worth the short drive for all the amenities. Highly recommend!

The hotel is always pricier than others, and it is for a good reason. The location is pretty good, although there are no sidewalks like most of the city, there are opportunities to walk in the neighborhood. Breakfast is extremely well staged; however, it caters exclusively to pork lovers. Rooms are clean, and everything is perfect. When redeeming points, select one bedroom suites are possible to redeem at the same level as regular rooms, which is a great perk, especially with more than 1 person in the room.

I have stayed here for a week, and was a very good experience. I stayed one bed room suite, equipped with full kitchen and refrigerator. It was a comfortable and the staffs were outstanding. Complimentary Wed evening buffet and wine, as well as daily breakfast, were very nice touch. We will be back for the next trip soon.

I stayed here for a week to attend a meeting in Montgomery. The staff was exceptional. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly. The room was wonderful. Very, very quiet. I never heard any of my neighbors or any traffic in the hallway. This has to be one of the quietest rooms I've ever stayed in, anywhere. It was clean upon arrival, and there were no weird smells or other oddities. One ding that made the stay much less bearable was the "smart" thermostat. Kudos to the chain for wanting to do something green and eco friendly, but seriously? Putting a smart thermostat in the living room? During the night, regardless of how you set it, it will go back to "away" mode. And of course, if you put it in the bedroom, it won't notice traffic in the living room. I enjoy sleeping in a cooler room, like 67 or so. Going to bed with the thermostat set to that and waking up to 73 was not enjoyable in the least. Once I figured out the trick, if I had to get up for a midnight run to the john, I'd give the thermostat some "activity" and all was good then. I enjoy having the fan running all night for white noise. The HVAC had this ability, but it was so quiet, it wasn't really worth it. Not a big deal though, since the room was pretty darn quiet overall. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Never ran out, never had low pressure. The pillows were all super soft. I'm seeing a trend with this. Seems like every stay I've had recently in hotels has featured soft pillows. Attention, hotel chains! Some of us like a firmer pillow. Mix it up maybe? With 4 pillows on the bed, maybe make 2 soft and two a bit more on the firm side? Plenty of outlets including USB ports, too. Super nice touch there. Since this was a Homewood Suites, there was a full sized fridge/freezer in the room, along with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. A set of utensils, plates, and glasses were also available. If you were staying here long term, you wouldn't have to go out to eat every night. The breakfast was good, no complaints there at all. The hotel has an outdoor pool, gym, and there are printers available. There's also a little barbecue area near the pool and an outside fireplace that appeared to be gas. One of the elevators needed a little maintenance, as the floor was damaged and needed to be replaced. There was also some minor repair needed in my room, with a towel hook falling off the wall and a leaking faucet in the tub/shower. There are definitely plenty of places to eat nearby. For longer term stays, shopping spots as well. Overall, the say was quite pleasant. I'd stay here again anytime.
