The rooms need a total remodel in multiple areas. We checked in, In the first room the air conditioner was so loud you couldn't hear or think. They moved us to another room the air conditioner was somewhat better, but still too loud. This room was an Executive Suite, that was missing a television in front of the sofa where it was supposed to be. There was some mystery substance on the sheets, and the pillows were flat. We ended up at Wal-Mart buying a blanket and pillows! The bathroom shower had mold in the corners and the fix for everything seemed to be caulk. My children ended up with some type of contact rash from this room or towels. We would have left but everything was booked due to a volleyball tournament and we needed a place to stay!

Check-in was easy. The lobby was clean and inviting. Staff were welcoming and nice. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a little soap scum on the shower doors but it was easy to over look. Laundry room was on our floor. The hotel was clean and the free breakfast was delicious.

Had 2 rooms booked. Used 1 room. Coworker had to cancel flights due to weather- hotel refused to cancel his room due to day of arrival cancellation. Called desk as soon as flights were cancelled- thought the room was cancelled- ended up being charged. Shame on Marriott for not treating their loyal customers better.

We tried to check in at 2pm like requested when we reserved the room, but they first said they had no notation of us asking for early check-in. Then when we arrived at 2pm they said they had notification but still could not check us in. Extremely rude personnel.

The room and bathroom was clean. Room was small for two queen beds. Beds were hard. Bathroom was large and well lit. Shower had good water pressure but it took a while for hot water to warm up. Temp in the room was very good. Coffee was available in the breakfast area before breakfast opened. Breakfast was okay, but biscuits were cold, no waffles. Okay for free. Descent stay for two nights.
