Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albertville

We had a great experience! We have stayed here before and will again. The staff is very friendly. I can't rate the breakfast because we never went down to the lobby for that but everything else was top notch. There was no hair dryer in the room and the lady gave me a new one instantly. The check in is quick and painless!

My daughter plays travel softball so we stay in a lot of hotels. We have see a lot of hotels over the years good and bad. This hotel was my favorite. Clean rooms, smells great and conformable beds. When we go out of town this is one hotel we will be booking.

Room was neat and clean, beds comfortable and smell so nice. pillows were so fluffy Breakfast was very adequate and filling. Customer service is always pleasant and knowledgeable about the surroundings and places best to eat. I always enjoy my stay here Would definitely recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Albertville.

Just need to unwind and relax. The setting was wonderful and it was really quiet. Breakfast is provided and there are several restaurants in the area . Staff very friendly as stated before the place was quiet and there was no problems checking in or checking out.

We were staying at another hotel and our room for Saturday had been canceled due to overbooking. I tried to book a room online and was having issues. I called and Caitlyn, the front desk employee went above and beyond to accommodate my family. When we arrived we were met with the same excellent customer service by Caitlyn. I know it was a busy weekend with travel ball tournaments and a fishing tournament taking place in Albertville, and we still received the best customer service. The hotel was very clean on the inside and we had hot water and excellent shower pressure. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, so I can not give my input on that. However, overall we were very satisfied with the great customer service we received and the overall cleanness of the hotel.
