The hotel is centrally located and very decent for a 4-star property in the USD 280 / night price range. The f&b offering is limited but there are a few nice restaurants just across the street as well as a little café next door. The receptionists have been super friendly and very helpful, thanks a lot to Timothy and Jocelyne for your warm hospitality and very pleasant guest orientation!

This Westin is very clean and comfortable in a vibrant part of Birmingham—a number of dining options within easy walking distance. Valet parking is available and it is only 10 minutes from the airport. Loved the bedding! I would certainly stay here again!

Stay was just so so. Was here for a business meeting and while the location was great the staffing left a lot to be desired. Front desk was understaffed which led to lines at check in and out. Bathroom cleaned but bed not made. Manager was hard to find. Coffee shop at hotel was great but the restaurant again had staffing issues and was out of primary ingredients like bacon and sausage at breakfast. Overall I felt the hotel couldn’t handle our group and we were less than 100!

The worst service ever!!!! From a hotel, they still owe us a lot of money!!!! We decided to support a local athlete from Greece to go to this hotel and we supported her by covering the accommodation. The hotel HAS DOUBLE CHARGED THIS!!! we have emails with them saying that they are sorry, but they don’t return the money via a check as they are obliged. Don’t ever trust this hotel. More than 4 people working on accounting department are aware and NO ONE DOES NOTHING. They do more than a week to reply to any email and off course 70 days after nobody has returned our money. We now proceed legally. It is really a disgrace.

Way overpriced. Hall carpeting is frayed and dirty. Room is average, not what you would expect for $450. When we asked about a AAA rate after we checked in, the front desk said they weren’t authorized to correct the rate. We were told it could only be fine with an online reservation. Sad.
