Room are OK need to upgrade the bathtubs and dressers. Pool needs to be clean. Services was good and courteous I would likely stay in hotel again if traveling in this area again. I would like the air conditioner to stay on continually instead of it turning on and off. I do u b Der stand reasoning though. There was no bugs which was nice.

To be fair, this hotel really deserves a very good rating, but I can't find myself giving it due to the cockroaches. The price is great, the rooms were clean, the staff friendly. However, there are roaches. Not a total infestation, but enough to make your skin crawl. We seen 2 in the room itself and then upon checking out, 3 hours into our drive home a cockroach came crawling up my arm!! (Gasp!!!) When we did finally arrive home to San Antonio, I thoroughly went through all of our things before I brought anything into my house and now I'm afraid I may have roaches in my Tahoe. Also it says free breakfast, but fails to mention you have to walk across to the La Quinta for breakfast. Which we really didn't mind. And the breakfast was actually pretty good. I guess with the roach problem they have, I should be glad they're not serving breakfast on site. I was very surprised they had roaches because the hotel appears to be very clean and well kept. I highly suggest they take care of the problem before they start getting horrible reviews. Its actually a very nice hotel for the price you pay. I would absolutely stay again if I was assured the bug problem had been taken care of.

Texas inn and suite was a very nice hotel. Neil and Angie had exceptional customer services. Room were very clean we felt very comfortable staying here thank you. highly recommended will stay here again š

Rooms have been updated, but have a musty enclosed smell. Iron was not in the room, had to wait till 0630 to pick up in the front. No breakfast was provided at all. I will not use the hotel again as the cost totally out weighed the cost.

Worst hotel ever checked in to. Room stinks. Bathroom is much worse. Towels are no better than rags. No breakfast. And to add there were people smoking and drinking on the corridor. I will no go back to this hotel even if they paid me money to stay.
