I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with booking this reservation on the Choice Hotels website. I booked with a card and then changed my mind and booked with points. When I changed the payment method, the website switched my check-in date to the date I was booking the reservation. This has happened to me before. I contacted Choice directly and they told me that the hotel manager (Pat?) would be the only one who could refund my points. I reluctantly re-booked for the day I was actually coming and paid with my card. I called the hotel several times each day for the next 3 days and the front desk told me that the manager was not in but would be in the next day. Each day I called, they told me the same thing. I arrived on the correct day and was told again that the GM was not in but would be back the next day... again I asked before checking out and was told he was not in. So they took my number and guess what??? Pat never called me! In addition to this service issue, the door to my room (#111) was broken and did not shut without pushing very hard and then it would slam! Very annoying. In the bathroom, I found a HALF bottle of the complimentary shampoo! Really guys? A used bottle of shampoo? Then, in the shower was two curly black hairs on the side wall. Someone needs a lesson in cleaning! Pat, if you do exist, or whomever the mystery manager is, your service and cleanliness leaves much to be desired!

The location of the hotel is not in the nicest area, which is to be expected at this price point. The building is old, but could be in worse condition. We stayed in a queen suite with a sofa bed, which was a good size room with two separate living spaces. The toilet bowl was dirty, and the coffee maker still had the last guestâs coffee packet in it. Everything in the room worked except the deadbolt on the door. Breakfast was disappointing - coffee was nearly empty and cold; the ham was tiny lunch meat slices that were overcooked, cold, and crunchy. There was a waffle machine, which was great, but there was no butter to put on the waffles. There was a carafe of milk in the fridge that was crusty and looked like it had been refilled but had not been cleaned for weeks. Overall our stay could have been worse, but I wouldnât return unless it was an emergency and I didnât need breakfast in the morning.

I've stayed at this Best Western a few times in the past, without problems. It's a decent place to stay for a night or 2. However, during this stay someone vandalized my truck by drilling a hole in my gas tank. The tow truck driver indicated it's become common in that area.

I received a promotion for a free night stay and it had to be book by customer service witch is who told me to show the hotel the e-mail showing the the certificate number. when I arrived at the hotel the doors were lock, I fell uncomfortable that no one was at the front desk and my uber driver had left so I started knocking on the door then the clerk came out of a door and let me in he ask me did I have a reservation and I told him yes as I try to show him the certificate he refused to see and told he didn't need it and check me in. I ask him if there was venting machine to buy water and he said and told me where the machine was but it had a out of order sign on it he told me that I could have some apple juice so I told him that I would come back after I took my belonging to the room when I open the door to the room I could see that the window was jarred open with a water bottle and the sheer were tore I walk over to the window and took the bottle out of the window and lock both windows and pulled the sheet back on the bed only to find that it was not tuck so went down and told the clerk about how I found the room he told me that he would note it but he didn't offer me another room when I went back to the room I found the toilet seat up and dry water stains on the sink in the bathroom it was very clear at this point that someone had been in this room, I took luggage and put it against the door asked God to look over me thur the night this was about 12:30am and I knew that I was to be pick up at 5:50am but when I got downstairs at 5:40am there again the doors was lock and no clerk thank God I was able to turn the knock and get out of the hotel, a week later I found out the hotel had charge my American Express card and is refusing to take the charge off my card I have call Best Western customer service and call the hotel but the charges have not been remove so today I file a dispute with American Express. I'm very displeased with how this has been handle. I have supporting documentation if you would like to see it.
