Sleep Inn Greensboro Airport

This hotel was a grapevine after riding on a motorcycle all day. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and breakfast with satisfactory. What really made this hotel stand out was how they offered to help my husband when his motorcycle won’t start they found cables and we were able to get the bike started.. I want to give a special shout out to the lovely woman working the front desk (I am sorry I forgot her name) and Julio. Actually the whole staff was lovely- if I’m passing through Greensboro again I will definitely

This was a overnight stay before a flight for us simply to get us closer to the airport. We live less than 2 hours away. Our room was clean, had windows we could open which was nice to get fresh air into the room. The bed was comfortable. This hotel is located in a secluded area away from the interstate - yet very convenient to get to the PTI airport. We arrived around 3pm and departed around 2:30am the following morning for a early flight. This in my opinion is a great hotel for flight layovers. Has all that anyone would need.

Overall it was decent. Very clean and friendly staff. Even the food service lady said good morning. Only complaint was that I had booked a king room, NON accessible and when I arrived I was told it would be the accessible king room on the first floor. First floor is not where I wanted to be due to noise. She stated there was one other king room (which this is the one I booked on their website) but because it was on the 7th floor, that was kept for local guests. What???? My money spends just as well as local guests. I didn’t quite understand that. I didn’t want to argue about it so I took the first floor room that she stated was the only one available to me and sure enough for the first few hours all I heard were doors slamming, kids running down the hall etc…this particular room was very close to the lobby area so that would be expected. If it wasn’t for this issue of “not being a local” and getting the room I reserved I would have given this rating 5 stars. All customers should be treated equally.

Room was comfortable and cool. A little musty smell from the AC unit but nothing major. The team helped deal with an issue with my door lock very efficiently. I appreciate that a lot. I liked the convenience of the central location and will stay again!

Clean comfortable stay for our trip. Comfortable bed. Kai was friendly and efficient checking us in. Can't come up with another 80 characters so I'll just fill up the rest with giggerush. Only 6 more to go
