The location is beautiful. The rooms sre OLD and beaten up. Grout in shower dirty. Paint on walls old snd dirty. Lots of aur freshener to cover something. It's a goid location but rooms are dingy. Fun place I guess to get some beach time. Will stay in Marriott next time.

You have a Beautiful facility!!Most friendly atmosphere with plus plus customer service. Food and drinks were phenomenal !Cleanliness was top notch and nothing too much for the staff!!. Looking forward to coming again location? Location? Location!!!. Thank you!!!

Room was pretty beaten up, the floor lamp was broken, the floor was dirty, there was no screen on the sliders it couldnât be left open , the bathroom fan would not shut off, overall the room is run down and pretty gross. The food and service is horrible, do not eat here! I definitely wonât come back!

Location is great, but the rates are very high for the quality of the room. The coffee shop downstairs had the saddest breakfast sandwiches. Don't go there hungry. The bar area was great. Even with the very high room rate, the taxes and fee added another 25% to that cost.

We had a lovely stay at The Tides. Beautiful ocean views/nice heated pool/fantastic pier with restaurant. The hotel is a little older, but well maintained. Overall this is a very pretty hotel and the ability to walk to good restaurants is a nice bonus!
