Very dated hotel and many issues in our room. Some were taken care of the next day. Staff for the most part is pleasant. Breakfast has very limited options and mostly carb choices. Not a pleasant experience. Noisy hallways and vending machines.

Don’t waste your money. Room was dirty, sink wouldn’t drain, very loud equipment either next to or underneath our room, heater filled room with burnt smell so bad we had to turn it off, stovetop glass was broken, elevator was in bad shape! Not good.

My favorite place to stay around definitely would highly recommend can't go wrong staying with them. Great place to getaway on vacation or for just the weekend. Great staff I love staying with Hawthorne suites whenever id like to get away for the weekend. You will not be disappointed they are a great hotel.

Need to add more care in the rooms, such as blankets or good a/c and heating unit. Breakfast was not as good as we thought according to the price. Need also a bigger laundry room, gym room and to the pool need some furniture where guests can sit and enjoy the pool. Other than that, all good.

Comfortable beds large rooms with separate living area. Separate TV areas. Large bathroom with plenty of towels and supplies. Small equipped modern kitchen w barstools. Very convenient for a short stay it was like having our own small apartment. This was our 2nd time here and we will most likely return here in the future.
