This is a nice clean place to stay. The room was nice and clean. My disappointments were: it was very cold outside and we had a teenage granddaughter using the sofa to sleep. She went downstairs and asked for an extra blanket and the clerk made it very difficult. She didn’t give her one until I stepped in and ask for one. The breakfast was extremely limited, we arrived around 8 and there was a spoonful of eggs and three sausages left. We didn’t see anyone available to make refills. I would stay here again because it was very clean and the area was safe. A few modifications to service would have made it great.

Where to stay when going from St Paul to Fargo? HERE! Friendly, clean, nice rooms, great rate, and a free breakfast. Food is nearby but I recommend Lake Henry and Sportman's Den there. 8 miles The rooms are clean, great breakfast, and free parking. A few restaurants nearby too.

To begin, the hotel is very conveniently located and easy to access. I had a very nice suite with a King bed that included a good sized refrigerator and microwave along with an ample sized television in both rooms. I wasn't disturbed by any noise within the hotel even though a child's birthday party was happening directly below my room. Breakfast was fairly standard continental fare but definitely adequate. I didn't use the pool or hot tub but they appeared to be well maintained. The price was reasonable and I'll be definitely using this hotel again in the future.

My kids and I were passing through and only stayed for one day. We had a very good experience. I'll start with all of the pros and end with a con. There are a couple of things I can't comment on, so I'll just add that at the end. We had an excellent experience with the staff. Everyone was cheerful and eager to help. I didn't encounter anyone just sitting around. The hotel was quite clean. The entry was clean and nicely decorated. There were games to play or check out. I thought that was a nice touch. The breakfast had a good selection, though a bit heavy on the carbs. Bagels, toast, oatmeal, cereal, waffles. Plus vanilla yogurt, yogurt and berries, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs. We had plenty of options. Coffee was meh, but they had half and half and vanilla creamer, plus a syrup of some sort. The room was pleasant and had a little bigger than we expected. We had a 2 Queen room. Plenty of amenities and clean. The door was heavy and felt very secure, which I appreciated. Loved the black out blinds for sleeping. The downside was that the beds were a little old and flat, plus wrapped in the plastic/rubbery waterproofing which was noisy and uncomfortable. Hard to regulate temp. I could hear every time my kids moved and didn't sleep the best. In addition, my room must be used for pets sometimes because my allergies, which are not usually super bad, really flared up with a stuffy/drippy nose. Ask for a pet free room if this is an issue for you. Overall, an excellent option for a small town stay. The pros outweigh the cons.

We do a considerable amount of travel and never had we had such a horrible experience. We needed to change our reservation to arrive a day earlier during that conversation we also decided to change our room to a suite unfortunately my mistake here I should have called when I didn't get a confirmation. We ran ahead of schedule so I called again about one week later and asked if we could get in a dy earlier I was told the suite would not be available so I asked if we could get into another room and move the next day I was too we will get it worked out for you so Tuesday we went to check in and of course we did not have a room the hotel was booked we had to drive to another town to get a room we go back the next day and check in went down and asked what happened to my suite the girl told me we didn't request a suite, later I told the entire story the very rude manager she did apologize for the girl that did not follow thru with my reservation but told me they did email me about the issue with the Tuesday night and I was to call them to see if I wanted the room that was available so I told her that was my suggestion and unfortunatelyheir email was in a junk file with 85 other emails and the reason I couldn't get the suite is they made a quick decision to update the hotel and my suite was not available. Should you decide to stay at the facility be very careful.
