Would never stay. here again!! The staff member that checked us in (the only staff on duty) was very friendly and apologized for wait and issues. My problem is with maintenance and ownership.management. We had a non-working toilet. Was told we needed to fix it and to come to the desk to get a plunger. It was not a plunging issue. There was absolutely no water in the toilet. There was no concerns or offer to switch rooms. We went all night and into check out time without a working toilet. When I brought it to the owner's attention, she stated that maintenance would have to look into it. At this point, we were checking out and I asked for a refund. She stated again that maintenance would look at it. I tried to ask how that was helpful for me now, but she just kept repeating her response. I called customer relations, and they just offered me points - not sure that will help, not even enough for a night stay, not that I will ever go back to a Best Western. She also told me I had to call the hotel itself for a refund. I did call them later that day, was put on hold, not muted, and heard the owner/manager tell the front desk staff to tell me that she was not there. So, after explaining to her how to use mute, I left a message. Never got a call back. Tried calling again this morning, and no surprise, she was not there. I left a message and I am not holding my breath for a return call. On top of the toilet not working, the hair dryer wasn't working and the microwaved breakfast made us sick.

Great hotel for the price we paid it was a very five star like hotel we came here for a sports group and they were really organized and he had no trouble checking in go checking out the breakfast was very nice and also a lot of varieties also the hotel was very clean for a big hotel

Hotel was clean love the hot breakfast also love the people working at the hotel the housekeepers and the front desk are amazing we don't come to Best Westerns but this is one of the best hotel we stayed at the place is super clean and the hot breakfast is one of the best things about this hotel

Great rates! Staff at the hotel was awesome! Hot breakfast definitely a plus! Hotel was clean and everybody was very friendly. Can't wait to tell everybody about this beautiful place, Love the location restaurants close by definitely will come back again

Solomon Keim Reported good reviews on TripAdvisor 1.5 hours from IU Bloomington Came here for a business trip and it was a great stay. I did have an odd interaction where I asked for help bringing my bags upstairs and the staff said they would help. But they just watched me do it which wasn’t offensive or anything just weird.
