I stayed here in March 2025 and upon check-in the customer service was friendly and helpful. However, when I got into my room, I was shocked. Both beds were covered in hairs, including every single pillow (8 pillow total - all dirty). One of the beds had what looked like a recent yellowish stain (with hair on top). Disgusting. Then I went to the bathroom, and it was filthy. Hair and mildew/mold. I asked for another room and the customer service person apologized. They put me on the 5th floor and the hallway smelled really bad. I could not tell if it was severe mold/mildew I was smelling or if something died. Also, beware of the food area because they are not maintaining their refrigerated food at the correct temperature. They had hard boiled eggs that were slightly cooler than room temperature. These types of issues show systemic management issues.

This hotel is okay but not great. It is pretty clean but the rooms are old and run down. The beds are uncomfortable with lumps and low spots. Areas had heavily peeling paint. It is overdue for an update but clean and okay if you need to stay in that area.

Visited the Aloft Alpharetta Dec 8-9th. Just after checking in I got my luggage up to my room and then came back down to move the car. I moved to the electric vehicle charger and to my surprise it was not working. I then open the plug share web page and see there are reviews on the station dating back to August 2024 that say the charger hasn't worked since then. I booked this hotel specifically for the ability to charge my electric vehicle. The charger has a message that says something like "install not completed". This is unacceptable that the hotel would list this as an amenity at the time of my booking and not have a working station when I arrive. It's not exactly easy to charge electric vehicles when they are low on charge. If I were to run out at the hotel I would've had to have my car towed. I ended up having to take my car a few miles down the road to charge and wait for hours (with 2 kids under 10) while it charged. This could've been done when I was sleeping if the hotel maintains their amenities. Would not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay there again.

Started from check in staffer was more interested chatting with a visitor then doing her job. Stopped by the bar, which was closed at 8:20 allegedly open til 10. asked the desk if the bar was open for a glass of wine...got a shrug and an 'aw..I'd have to open the shelves'..I said forget it. Hallways smell like smoke. Will never be back nor recommend. Can't believe it's part of the Marriott portfolio.

We are in room 512, the AC was broken at check in. We let Cynthia at the front desk know just after checking in, she said it would be taken care of. Got back from the concert and it’s 80 degrees in the room. They gave us a fan and said tough luck. We spent $180… Will never stay at a Marriott brand again.
