The worst Marriott I’ve stayed in many years. To say that this place is gross is an understatement. First indication that things were going terribly wrong was the graffiti on the Marriott sign. The hotel has a weird odor that I can’t quite describe. Just imagine the fast food court at the airport. Every cabinet in the room is chipped, dented, and seems dirty. The bathroom gives you such a gross vibe that I decided to skip a shower as I felt cleaner by not being in it. Stains on the doors. This hotel seems fairly new and should be fixed. clearly either the wrong ownership, management, or both .

We just spent two months staying here before we moved into our house. The hotel is pretty standard but the employees made it outstanding! Most mornings were spent with the fabulous, Kit! Kit makes sure that everything on the breakfast set up is just so. She is quick with a smile and so very helpful. Then there is Qay (Spelling?). Qay works the front desk and is a really thoughtful person that made sure we always had what we needed. Qay was a delight and someone we were happy to get to know.

Hello All, as you can tell I do not write reviews that often. I do travel for a living and allowed several faults to haunt me during COVID. Now that the industry is in recovery I can definitely see the difference in services and personnel. This week I had the experience of staying at two hotels within a football field of each other. One, I could not take it anymore as the ability to clean has somehow escaped the industry in some hotel chains. Every now and then a bright start changes the trip and sets the mode with service that is so obvious that it will make your day. Allow me to introduce you to KIT. She seen the grumpy old man with little to no caffeine in the morning and welcomed me while I was stumbling around. A pleasant smile and all around good temperament is how this relationship started. As I am an East Coaster I arrived early for breakfast and as my West Coast team made it to the dining room for the first meal of the day. I observed this young woman not only clean tables and chairs but did a consistent rotation of hot food, juices and most important fresh coffee as fast as it could be made. This kind of hidden service is usually not seen by all as it is hit and run during the breakfast hours and little time is spent on seeing the excellent service provided to ensure the clean atmosphere and the fresh efforts to maintain a breakfast bar and COFFEE. Kit, thank you for making my day and building my confidence in the services provided by your efforts. Also, as far as the cleaning staff goes a firm WELL DONE as my room upon arrival matched the cleaning standard and put the nearby hotel to shame.

My team travels frequently for business, and we appreciate a good hotel at the end of the work day. We are very pleased with this TownPlace Suites' cleanliness, how comfortable the beds are, and most of all with the excellent service - particularly Kit during the morning's breakfast service.

My email to the general manager. My wife, Grandson and I stayed overnight Saturday, October 15 and were impressed with your property - despite the key issue. The room was very nice and the common area well appointed but the best part of our stay was your staff. The young woman at the front desk is a star. I observed her interaction with a very disgruntled and angry woman and she was great. Listening to the complaints several times and patiently explaining her room was not ready (it was only 2:00) over and over. She was super friendly and helpful with me during several visits to the desk to get someone to open our door. The cleaning and other staff who opened our door for us were very friendly, accommodating and apologetic for the key situation. Yesterday (Sunday) morning the young woman managing the breakfast was terrific too! She seemed to be everywhere at once, helping, refreshing, giving instructions for the waffle maker, cleaning etc. As with the other staff she was cheerful and friendly. My 10 year old grandson said this was the best hotel breakfast ever! Please thank all your staff, especially the front desk and breakfast ladies!
