Dont stay here. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty. No parking. Room above us allowed to make noise all day and into the evening. Owner not very friendly at all. Avoid this run down motel if at possible. 1 star at best.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable too. The only issue we had was that not much parking...we couldn't park next to our room. Note also when you go here that the office is actually next to the hotel as the owners run two separate adjacent hotels. Great location if you are visiting Lassen NP. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I don't like motel,No one in lobby, I wait 20 minutes for someoneto cometo lobby ? The room not clean and smells not good i use face mask to sleep there's a lot bedbug hurting my skin, the room-service Knock door at 8am so bad when call lobby the Nancy who answered are very rude and talk with no respect at all... The price high as motel 2 star,they don't have signs of (( do not disturb)) the music loads from rv in motel parking Not recommend this motel at all I wish I can give zero star .. the 1 star is too much for this motel , if you looking for relaxing and quiet time avoid this motel.

We were visiting Burney Falls and the surrounding areas. Had a overnight stay at this motel. Great service, room was clean and very comfortable for the night. Great location and good neighboring services like eateries, gas station and grocery stores. They also have couple gas grills in the middle of the property where you can have a nice family BBQ. Only 8 miles from Burney Falls National Park. Loved this hotel and the staff. I will highly recommend this place and give them a 5 star.

Found this great stop on a road trip. We drove into Lassen National Park a couple of days, other people were out hunting. Room was spacious. Nothing fancy, but every thing we needed to be comfortable.
